Rizla web platform - content creation and UX writing

Who are they?
Rizla has been making rolling papers since the 16th century, with a distinctive design and brand ethos.
What did they need?
A new web platform for the UK that it could then roll out across Europe.
Rizla needed a new site that reflected its distinctive brand with a new approach to copy and images.
The new platform also needed to be ready for online sales in the near future.

What did I do?
Over six months I worked with designers, art directors and UX specialists to define and write all the content for the new site. This included article pages, product copy and all UX content.
Working in a semi-agile way we developed the brand's digital presence with a focus on short copy and prominence given to headlines.
Working in an agile way, our goal was to make Intermountain Health a benchmark in how to support patients through a care journey. This included workshops,stakeholder interviews and surveys, brand strategy and tone of voice and content audits across multiple legacy domains.
